dc.description.abstractAbstract: The organization will produce good employee performance if it is able to pay attention to the factors that provide workload. To reduce the workload that is too high, a human relationship is needed that can provide relief in completing the workload in the organization. This study aims to examine human relations and workload affect the performance of BKPSDM employees. This type of research is ex-post facto (cause and effect) which is sourced from primary data. The population and sample in the study amounted to 52 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The results of data collection were analyzed using multiple linear analysis and showed the results that human relations and workload had an effect on the performance of BKPSDM employeesen_US
