dc.description.abstract Political dynasty becomes a representation of vested interest of the public. There is an elitist interest in power or politics that demands the fulfillment of political rights, which, if necessary is done indefinitely, but the interests of a group of other people or societies that need the protection of their human rights, including their political rights, using the system of constitutional democracy. Constitutional democracy itself is the implementation or enforcement of people's rights in governing the government based on the provisions already outlined by the constitution. en_US
