dc.description.abstract | Introduction: Student’s academic achievement in the first semester is often lower than next semester that can affected by academic readiness. Academic readiness is formed by several factors, including learning efficacy, credit register, achievement motivation orientation, integrative support, goal orientation and reading behavior. This study aims to analyze academic readiness is formed by learning efficacy and credit register and has an effect on academic achievement, and observing the difference of academic readiness level including learning efficacy.
Methods: The sample is 240 students of Faculty of Medicine University Islamic of Malang, then analyzed the quality and relationship among construct by using SEMPLS 3.3.2 and comparative test using one-way ANOVA.
Result: Academic readiness is formed by learning efficacy (T-statistic=12,479) and credit register (T-statistic= 26,570) both has R2=0,722. The effect academic readiness on academic achievement (T-statistic=5,166 and R2=0,098). Goodness of fit this model has a strong level with GoF value 0,528. There are no significant differences in academic readiness level including learning efficacy of students with p-value >0,05.
Conclusion: Academic readiness is formed by learning efficacy and credit register and have an effect on academic achievement. And there are no significant differences in academic readiness level including learning efficacy of students.
