dc.description.abstract | SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik building is located on Jl. Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo kebomas, Gresik Regency, East Java 61121, which consist of 11 floors with a rooftop above. This building has a building height 47,4 m which is included in a high rise building structure that is at risk of collapsing during an earthquake, moreover this building is included in the sismic design category D. The structure of the building uses a reinforced concrete structure which in principle is brittle. For this reason, it is necessary to design buildings that are able to accept high-risk earthquake loads. So this final project, the SMA Muhammdiyah 1 Gresik building is planned to use a special moment resisting frame system in accordance with the regulations for reinforced concrete requirements with SNI 03-2847-2013, earthquake resistance planning procedures for building and non-building structures SNI 1726-2012, as well as other regulations that applies in Indonesia. This structure calculation uses 3D portal modelling with the help of SAP2000 V.20 and SPColumn applications. The result of the calculation is a plate thickness of 125 mm, the design earthquake using the response spectrum method with a V value of 1949,39 KN or the same as 198782,4588 Kg. The dimensions of the main beam are B1 45/75, B2 40/70, B3 30/45, and the column dimensions are K1 90/90, K2 75/75, K3 45/45, using a pile foundation with a diameter of 50 cm with a depth of 18,5 m.
