dc.description.abstract | Roads are the most important means of inland transportation as a means of
connecting regions. In line with the running time and service period, road
conditions will eventually improve, both in terms of service level and infrastructure
conditions. Increased cross volumes will cause a decline in services due to
decreased road capacity. This will cause an increase in the level of satisfaction so
that the road is not able to meet the community and not according to needs.
Increased traffic volume has caused damage to roads in the Wates-Pare road,
inadequate drainage system. Road improvement and road widening are needed.
LHR Data, CBR Data, Rain Data, Contour Maps, and Maps Topography as a basis
for existing road improvement planning. The length of the walk taken is 10 km with
a 9 ml body width. With a planned age of 20 years, traffic development is 8%,
thickness for road widening is 22 cm thick and K-500 concrete is used as follows
(Tie bar); D16-880mm, length 690 mm, and Transverse Joint (Dowel); ø36-300
mm, length 450 mm. With a rectangular shape obtained by 5 dimensions of drainage
channels a. H = 1.20 m; b = 0.50 m; b. H = 1.40 m; b = 0.50 m; c. H = 1.20 m; b =
0.50 m; d. H = 1.40 m; b = 0.50 m; e. H = 1.20 m; b = 0.50; can accommodate
runoff water in the Wates-Pare road section of Kediri Regency.
