Udang Vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) dinilai sebagai varietas unggul, meskipun demikian mengetahui paramater kualitas air sangat dibutuhkan, sehingga peran air yang sangat penting patut dijaga sesuai kebutuhan udang vaname. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasai nilai parameter kualitas air udang vaname meliputi suhu, pH, salinitas, oksigen terlarut, nitrit, amonia, warna air, kecerahan air di UPT. BAPL (Budidaya Air Payau dan Laut) Bangil. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey partisipatoris dan wawancara. Hasil pengukuran parameter kualitas air pada udang vaname yang sesuai pada Day Of Culture 5-12 hari yaitu suhu, pH, oksigen terlarut, salinitas, nitrit, warna air dan parameter kualitas air yang tidak sesuai yaitu amonia. Sedangkan pada Day Of Culture 85-93 hari yang sesuai yaitu suhu, pH, oksigen terlarut, salinitas, warna air dan parameter kualitas air yang tidak sesuai yaitu kecerahan air. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kecerahan dan amonia tidak memenuhi batas optimal diduga karena tingginya padat tebar dan ekskresi dari udang. Pengukuran parameter kualitas air secara berkala dapat memungkinkan mengatisipasi dampak terhadap udang vaname berakibat terhadap tingkat produktivitas. Dalam mengatasi fluktuasi parameter lingkungan perlu dilakukan, pergantian air, penyiponan, dan pemberian probiotik secara berkala. Kata kunci : Budidaya air payau, Kualitas air, Udang vaname

<title>Iktiofauna di Habitat Mangrove, Pantai Waiheru – Teluk Ambon Dalam</title>

<summary type="text">Iktiofauna di Habitat Mangrove, Pantai Waiheru – Teluk Ambon Dalam

Hutan mangrove merupakan salah satu habitat penting bagi komunitas ikan, digunakan sebagai tempat mencari makan, perlindungan, pembibitan, dan tempat pemijahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan komposisi spesies dan struktur komunitas ikan di hutan mangrove pada siang dan malam hari. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2015 sampai Januari 2016 di kawasan hutan mangrove pantai Waiheru Teluk Ambon Dalam. Ikan dikumpulkan menggunakan jaring insang dasar dan diamati beberapa parameter kualitas air meliputi kekeruhan, suhu, salinitas, dan pH. Analisis data meliputi komposisi jenis, frekuensi kehadiran, indeks keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dan dominasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah total ikan yang berhasil dikumpulkan adalah 57 individu yang terdiri dari 17 spesies, 16 genus dari 9 famili, dan 2 ordo. Ditemukan pada malam hari sebanyak 35 individu, 14 spesies, 14 genera dari 9 famili, dan 2 ordo. Sedangkan pada siang hari terdapat 22 individu, 8 spesies, 8 genera, dan 5 famili, serta 1 ordo. Jumlah individu, spesies, genera, famili, dan ordo ditemukan lebih banyak pada malam hari. Komposisi spesies tertinggi pada siang hari adalah Gazza minuta, sedangkan pada malam hari adalah Pelates quadrilineatus dan Gazza minuta. Spesies dengan frekuensi kehadiran tertinggi adalah P. quadrilineatus (Terapontidae) dan G. minuta (Leiognathidae). Persentase ikan dewasa 70,59%, pradewasa 17,65%, dan juvenil 11,76%. Ichthyofauna yang ditemukan umumnya merupakan penghuni kawasan mangrove baik pada fase juvenil, pradewasa, maupun dewasa. Indeks dominasi cenderung lebih tinggi pada siang hari, sedangkan indeks variabilitas dan univormitas cenderung tinggi pada malam hari. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dan dominasi pada siang dan malam hari berada pada kategori rendah.

The Patrean River is one of the Sumenep rivers whose rivers flow through the Sub Districts of Manding, Batuputih, Dasuk, Gapura Districts, and Kota Sub Districts. In its utilization, the Patrean river is used by the community for agricultural activities, washing or bathing, drainage, and disposal of both organic and anorganic waste. The existence of various anthropogenic activities can provide a burden of pollution on the environment, one of which is decreasing the quality of river water. This study aims to determine the water quality in the waters of the Patrean river, Sumenep Regency. This research was conducted by purposive sampling method, namely water sampling is carried out at three points that have the potential to experience pollution. Data analysis was carried out descriptively in tabular form by comparing it with water quality standards based on Government Regulation Number 22 of 2021 concerning the implementation of Environmental Protection and Management. The condition of the water quality of the Patrean river, Sumenep Regency, seen from the results of the measurements, the DO and COD values at station 1 were 2,74 mg/l and 51,2 mg/l, the COD value at station 3 was 48 mg/l which did not meet the water quality standard has been established. Meanwhile, the other parameter values still meet the quality standards. It can be concluded that from upstream to downstream the water quality of the Patrean river has increased in its water quality parameters.

Indonesia is a producer of ornamental fish and one of the commodities that has its own charm for its consumers, such as zebrafish (Danio rerio). The zebrafish has a four-stage life cycle: embryo, larva, young fish and adult fish. Zebrafish have the advantage of producing 300-400 eggs/week, transparent embryos so that their organs can be observed clearly, and easy to maintain. Egg quality is a primary factor in the success of fish hatchery. Quality eggs have high fertilization and hatching rates. This study aims to analyze the factors that can affect the process of embryo development and hatching of zebrafish (Danio rerio) eggs. This research is a mixed type of descriptive experimental and quantitative explaining all stages of development and the ratio of egg hatching and embryo development. The results of the study found that natural feeding was able to accelerate growth, ward off disease germs, and accelerate gonadal maturation. The best time to release the broodstock is in the morning and evening because the water temperature tends to be low. The results of observing eggs under a microscope found an attack by the fungus Saprolegnia sp., this fungus tends to grow spread on the surface of the egg and forms hyphae. Larvae hatch from 48 hours to 72 hours after fertilization. The 2-3 dpf larvae are kept in the hatching medium until they become seeds. The safety rate for embryos is around 50%, while for larvae up to 21 dpf it is around 100%. This is caused by the fungus Saprolegnia sp., so that the index value of the hatching ratio is less than optimal due to retarded embryo growth and leads to death. However, the high survival rate is due to optimal management of larvae rearing by providing proper feeding of dancow milk powder and good water treatment.
