During COVID-19, working from home (WFH) becomes the most possible working arrangement alternative
in order to practice social distancing. The productivity of WFH is still questioned by many organizations, especially
companies which conduct WFH extensively for the first time. This paper aims to examine influential factors
of work productivity during WFH by employing the theory of organizational behavior as the approach. Work
productivity of WFH is viewed as a behavior in an organization influenced by various factors in individual,
group, and organizational perspectives. Furthermore, this paper aims to examine the impact of individual factors
(e.g., digital skill and work motivation), group factors (e.g., digital leadership and digital collaboration), and
organizational factors (e.g., perceived organizational support and performance management) on work productivity
during WFH. Do digital skills, work motivation, digital leadership, digital collaboration, perceived organizational
support, and performance management impact positively and significantly on work productivity? This paper is
based on cross-sectional study which involved 855 office workers from 32 provinces in Indonesia. PLS SEM and
SmartPLS version 3.0 were used to structure and test the research model. The analysis result reveals that individual
factor influences WFH productivity directly, while group and organizational antecedents influenced indirectly. To
leverage WFH productivity, organizations should focus to develop digital skills and work motivation as individual
factor. The organizational and group antecedents should be aligned and directed to impact on WFH productivity.

This study aims to investigate the implementation of village fund (VF) policy in Indonesia by addressing the following issues: (1) what is the
VF policy; (2) factors that support and hinder policy implementation; (3) impact of policy implementation; and (4) model for implementing
village fund policies that can improve community welfare. Through a descriptive qualitative-based approach, several indicators are
measured, namely, the substance of implementing rules, the results of project implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors for policies,
participation factors, and the impact generated by village fund policies, which include social and economic effects. The extraction of this
information and indicators will lead this study to produce ideal models and propositions for quantitative confirmatory research as a future
research agenda. This study was conducted in two villages (Mojomulyo and Tambakromo) in Pati District, Central Java, Indonesia. Data
collection model using interviews and observations from all actors who play a role (e.g., village government, village supervisory agency,
and community). The study results show that policies have been implemented by normative rules; there are several supporting and inhibiting
factors both internal and external. The study results also confirm the relevance of the articulated theory and some comprehensive input to
our study.

The implementation of GCG is important for companies to carry
out careful phasing based on an analysis of the situation and
condition of the company, and the level of readiness, so that GCG
implementation can run smoothly and get support from all
elements within the company. As a step to improve performance,
efficiency and professionalism, then emerged a principle that is
believed to encourage an increase in the performance of the
company, this principle is the principle of Good Corporate
Governance (GCG). GCG is defined as a system that regulates
and controls a company to create value added for all stakeholders,
including in its application to State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
The obstacles that often prevent SOEs from functioning
economically are the government itself and the poor quality of
human resources and a corporate culture that tends to be KKN. To
avoid greater losses, it is necessary to change the management of
SOEs. In terms of legal material, legal structure and legal culture
as well as problems arising from its implementation by presenting
a new SOEs law using the principles of GCG. This study employs
normative legal research using qualitative juridical analysis
methods. The role of State-Owned Enterprises in the national
economy in realizing people's welfare is not optimal. SOEs plays
a role in producing the goods and or services needed in order to
realize the greatest prosperity of the community.

Hayat
Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk medeskripsikan konsep good governance
dan shared governance dalam bingkai sistem politik Indonesia. Hal ini
mempunyai kaitan penting dengan pelayanan publik sebagai realisasi dari
kebijakan politik. Problematika pelayanan publik masih menjadi tantangan
didalam meningkatkan tatanan pemerintahan yang baik. Paradigma good
professional membutuhkan inovasi pelayanan. Inovasi pelayanan publik
melalui experience learning sebagai langkah konkrit dalam memaksimalkan
potensi aparatur. Inovasi ini, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja aparatur
