Pengaruh Lama Penyinaran Lampu LED Merah, Biru, Kuning terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Kualitas Nutrisi Microgreen Kangkung (Ipomoea reptant)

Abstract
One of the agricultural activities that can be carried out is by planting microgreen vegetables. With the existence of microgreen vegetables, it is hoped that it can help solve the problem of limited agricultural land. In addition, the replacement of light sources for photosynthesis can be done by providing different colored LED lights to determine which lamps are suitable for the photosynthetic process as a substitute for sunlight. This study aims to: (1) Determine the effect of red, blue, yellow LED types on the growth and nutritional quality of microgreen kangkung. (2) Knowing the effect of red, blue, yellow LED irradiation time on the growth and nutritional quality of microgreen kangkung. This research was started from May 2020 to July 2020 at Bumiaji Village with room temperature 20-24 ° C and at the Physiology Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Malang. This research is a box experiment using a Split Plot Design with 9 treatments and 3 replications. The types of treatment tested were: C1T1 (Red LED light + 6 hours of irradiation time), C2T1 (Blue LED light + 6 hours of irradiation time), C3T1 (Yellow LED light + 6 hours of irradiation time), C1T2 (Red LED light + Long illumination 12 hours), C2T2 (Blue LED light + 12 hours of exposure), C3T2 (Yellow LED light + 12 hours of exposure), C1T3 (Red LED light + 18 hours of exposure), C2T3 (Blue LED light + 18 hours of exposure time ) and C3T3 (Yellow LED light + 18 hours of exposure time). The variables observed included: growth (length of microgreen, number of leaves and root length) and yield (fresh weight per box, fresh weight per plant, dry weight per box, dry weight per plant, moisture content, chlorophyll test, vitamin C test, test Total Dissolved Solids (TPT)). The results showed that there was an interaction between red, blue, yellow light color with 6, 12, 18 hours irradiation time on several growth variables and nutritional quality but there was no interaction with root length and vitamin C content. 6 and 12 hours of irradiation. So that it is recommended between 6-12 hours of irradiation in a day because it does not cause the nutrient content to decrease and is able to increase the fresh weight of both plants even though the plants experience etiolation.
