Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (CV. Piala Tirta Lamongan)
Abstract
This research was conducted at CV. Piala Tirta Lamongan which is a
company engaged in the processing of Block Ice. The purpose of this research is
to test and analyze the influence of work experience, work discipline, and job
satisfaction on the performance of employees of CV.Piala Tirta Lamongan.
The variables used in this study are work experience, work discipline and
job satisfaction as independent variables, while employee performance is the
dependent variable. The sample used in this study were 43 employees of CV. Piala
Tirta Lamongan. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary
data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, classical
assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and
determination coefficient test. Using SPSS 19.0 aid regression analysis for
windows software.
The results of this study indicate that the variables work experience, work
discipline and job satisfaction together have a positive effect on the performance
of the employees of CV. Piala Tirta Lamongan. Work experience does not have a
significant effect on the performance of the employees of CV. Piala Tirta
Lamongan. Then the work discipline variable has a negative effect on the
employee performance of CV. Piala Tirta Lamongan. while job satisfaction has a
positive effect on the performance of employees of CV. Piala Tirta Lamongan.
